Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoodForUs application and related services provided by SolutionsAe, Inc., a Georgia-based licensed Money Services Business (MSB), headquartered at 1954 Airport Road, Suite 122, Chamblee, Georgia.

The SolutionsAe GoodForUs Financial Inclusion Platform, also referred to as SolutionsAe GoodForUs Platform, GoodForUs Financial Inclusion Platform, GoodForUs Mefitihe (“Mefitihe” meaning “Solutions” in Amharic), and MyGoodForUs, is a digital platform developed to enhance financial inclusion through acquiring, issuance, cross-border remittance, foreign exchange, and payment services.

By using the GoodForUs platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Services Provided

GoodForUs facilitates acquiring, issuance, remittances, FX conversions, and digital payments for individuals and businesses. Services are available in jurisdictions where SolutionsAe, Inc. holds the appropriate licensing or operates under compliant bank sponsor agreements.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements. You agree to provide truthful, accurate information when registering for the Services.

3. Fees and Charges

All applicable fees, including:

  • Transaction fees
  • Foreign exchange margins
  • Service fees and applicable taxes

Will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction. We may adjust fees with notice via email or through platform updates.

4. Currency Exchange and Limits

Currency conversions reflect real-time exchange rates and may include a platform margin. Transaction limits (per transfer, daily, monthly) may apply based on compliance requirements and regional restrictions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Illegal transactions
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Violating local or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and report unlawful activity to authorities.

6. Transaction Timeframes

Transactions typically process within 24–72 hours. Delays may occur due to network conditions, recipient bank procedures, or other external factors.

7. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

SolutionsAe, Inc. is a licensed Money Services Business (MSB) based in the State of Georgia, United States. We operate under appropriate licenses, registrations, and bank sponsor agreements in every jurisdiction where our services are offered.

We take our regulatory and compliance obligations seriously and maintain our licenses and operating status in accordance with the laws and guidelines of each jurisdiction. 8. Data Privacy

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Confirmed transactions are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • System errors or technical malfunctions

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. To initiate a review, contact support@solutionsaefinancial.com within 30 days of the transaction.

Chargebacks are not permitted unless directly resulting from platform error.

10. Security Measures

We employ encryption and secure data practices to protect user information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and notifying us of any suspicious activity.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an error, contact us within 30 days of the issue. We aim to resolve disputes within 45 business days; additional documentation may be requested to complete investigations.

12. Liability

SolutionsAe, Inc. is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental losses
  • Lost profits or data
  • Business interruption

Total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the disputed transaction.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal actions will be brought in the courts of Georgia.
